Jail....or negligence

Every job that I have ever worked at has told me, maybe they lied, that it was the people that made up an organization. So my question is this, why are people so willing to push the blame past the people in our correctional facility here in the Gallatin County and blame the jail. Yes, the jail might lead to dampened spirits but I think that it is the people who make up an organization. So what
kind of people do we have in our correctional system that is causing people to take drastic actions in response to relatively minor crimes in comparison? You can build a fancy new jail, yet the system has already admitted that they can't fully staff the one that they currently have. In light of the recent deaths, I can't help but criticize the DA for not bring charges against the members of the jail that allowed this to happen. If there is a person in your custody that you ALLOW to die, that is what we call negligent homicide. Yet what do we get? More cover up, more lies, come on, you really believe that all the suicides that have happened couldn't have been prevented. Maybe, one I would believe the DA, even two, but three, it starts to get old. What kind of people are working their causing inmates to kick the bucket.
The judicial system has twisted these deaths away from themselves into the jail, that they need a new bigger jail, and these things wouldn't have happened. Come on, be real about it, you can get a new tent, but if inside you got the same clowns doing the same acts whats new? How about you take a honest look at what happened, why they died, because of your negligence. Heres a new quest for you DA, how about some internal cleansing. The judiciary system DIDN'T purposely kill the people I believe, but they have certainly made the best out of a bad situation. Using it as the platform to launch their new 33 million jail campaign. I can't decide what is worse, killing someone, or profiting from their death. I hope the families of the victims sue the state, county, city, and every person that they can. Sue them for every penny, so that the state can't afford to build a new jail, and that the state employees remember that even lackluster performance has a price.

just a question.
i try not to assume things -like that all of your posts would express the same kind of views.
and i would not 'disassociate' (for lack of a better word) with someone because they did not express the same views/opinions.
call me crazy.
sorry hun, you'll have to try harder than that to offend me.

we know the rest!
Overcrowded jails, it is time to build a larger one. It's just too bad we can't just lock them up and throw away the key. Now they must have all sorts of ammenities, for "good" behavior.

Year's ago we had to go to a parole hearing to offer our opinions, I am so thankful that we convinced the judge to keep a certain criminal behind bars for
more year's than we, probably, have left to live.
This is you second attempt at flame baiting. byBun Bun1 month ago (0 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
