Opposing Opinions byberrymountain4 months ago (0 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
Opposing opinions are always expected. That's the American way.

Attacks for posting opposing opinions have included "Take your medicine," and even incited others to "report abuse." These are nothing but "bully tactics" which have served to silence people from stating their opinions/comments regarding posts, and begged for reactions.

Glad the Chronicle noticed.

POOTER (edit)

Is there a correlation between one or two IP ADDRESSES used on this blog and:

"serial posters"
those who (report abuse)
same IP's used to give *'s...

Just wondering.

Edit again: "What about the "serial posters???" This blog would and could be ruined IF every blogger posted ridiculous posts, like we are seeing here! The one's I speak of, are insanely ridiculous!

I thought this was suppose to be a blog about BOZEMAN. ?
6June Edit: How about the "most viewed" that are not even on the front page for anyone to see? How does this happen?
This post needs to be on the front page for certain (sure, update it once in a while). I understand that the Chronicle is giving space to our posts, but if that is the case, then how about shrinking it and have a weekly update for Bozemantalks.com? Just an idea.

Thanks much for the clean up!
Aha! byMrs Claus4 weeks ago (0 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
I noticed that the post by sickntired was removed. I think that the letter is valid and written by a real person, but shouldn't have been made to seem as if the poster had written it.
RE: Aha! byEd.3 weeks ago (0 votes) (report abuse)
Why would you think the letter is valid? If the poster misrepresented it as his own, what reason do we have to believe the whole letter is not just a made up lie like so much that comes from places like the DailyKos?
RE: Aha! byPooterman2 weeks ago (0 votes) (report abuse)
The content did not appear to be owned by the poster. That was why it was removed.

Go to http://www.andrys.com/palin-kilkenny.html

Before you do, be alert to the fact that it is a pack of lies.

"Palin did not cut funding for special needs education in Alaska by 62 percent. She didn't cut it at all. In fact, she tripled per-pupil funding over just three years."

"She did not demand that books be banned from the Wasilla library. Some of the books on a widely circulated list were not even in print at the time. The librarian has said Palin asked a "What if?" question, but the librarian continued in her job through most of Palin's first term."

"She was never a member of the Alaskan Independence Party, a group that wants Alaskans to vote on whether they wish to secede from the United States. She's been registered as a Republican since May 1982."

"Palin has not pushed for teaching creationism in Alaska's schools. She has said that students should be allowed to "debate both sides" of the evolution question, but she also said creationism "doesn't have to be part of the curriculum."

The only thing that seems to be verifiable about Anne Kilkenney is that she does exist, she is an active Democrat and she has an axe to grind with Sarah Palin.
