Plea agreement for dog musher

John Hassert pleaded guilty July 22 to misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty and must serve 100 hours of community service, pay a fine of $27,855, spend two days in jail and two years on probation. In exchange for his plea, a felony charge will be dismissed. What do you think? Is the agreement a just outcome?

JT Hessert is guilty! bybozmom2 months ago (0 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
This is in no way a "just outcome" BUT I cant falt the CA office for "cutting a deal" after the outcome of the horse cruelty case judge Holly Brown had just ruled on and she was the Judge assinged to this case. Hessert was Guilty anyone who saw the dogs knew that.
