I'd ask for the owner. Haven't done business there for years, but will make an attempt for certain, next time we need a vehicle. I don't know who the owner is, but it was Dave Whalen (Wallen), something like that. Years ago when the business was on Main Street this fellow was "around" to make certain his customers were happy and treated fairly and courteously. Find out who own it, and complain to them. I can tell you I bought ONE CAR through BILLION years ago. The mileage/odometer had been changed. I found this out when the vehicle broke down in another state and the dealer there ran the vehicle history as it should have been on warranty. The vehicle had been presented for "warranty" work in another state before I purchased it from BILLION. At that time, a year before my purchase date the vehicle was listed as having almost 80,000 miles on it. Billion sold it to me with something like 28,000 miles. It would have been really easy for his dealership to confirm mileage, or go back on the seller they bought it from. I contacted "Joe" (you know "United Way JOE") the guy who cares about everyone....LOL's Anyway, he not only refused to do anything about it, he THREATENED ME! Said he had more lawyers than a person like "me" could ever afford to have. He made no bones about it. He's a dishonest jerk. Maybe the Chronicle will tell him who I am so he can hunt me down, and kill me this time. Oh, I got stuck with the car...and the repairs. Find out who owns Bozeman Ford, or give Ressler a try. |

| I have also had mediocre to lousy service at Bozeman Ford. I tried to buy a new F350 with cash but had to walk away after the salesperson wouldn't even give me the time of day. I think they're more interested in selling RV's | |

| I just wanted to say that I have tried to deal with Bozeman Ford several times, before and after they moved from 19th and Main. I have never had a good experience. The service department didn't care about my troubles with the work they had done, and nothing was in a timely manner. I'd much rather take on the hill and get decent service then stop by Ford in Bozeman. | |
